to adore the child in the manger,
to welcome you, Jesus, into our lives.
Lord Jesus, may the good news of your birth
fill our hearts with wonder and joy.
As we celebrate this Christmas,
bless us with your unfailing love
and strengthen us to walk in your ways
of mercy, peace and compassion.
