Hi, I’m Kathryn and I am the Community Participation Coordinator for the northern deaneries of the Birmingham Archdiocese. I joined CAFOD in October 2023 having previously been a primary school teacher.
My role is to recruit and support volunteers within parishes. Parish volunteers are invaluable to CAFOD’s work and achievements by promoting our fundraising appeals, encouraging participation in our campaigns and through their own local fundraising efforts. I am privileged to work at CAFOD with inspiring people who are tireless in the fight against poverty and climate change, in pursuit of a fairer world for all.
Volunteering for CAFOD gives people the opportunity to put their faith into action for the common good. We are always grateful for new volunteers offering their time to CAFOD so please get in touch!
I am your Community Participation Coordinator for Banbury, Birmingham Cathedral, North, South and East, Coventry, Kidderminster, Rugby, Warwick and Worcester deaneries. I have been with CAFOD since September 2019 and every day since then I have been more than inspired by our team of hardworking and dedicated volunteers.
I am your Community Participation Coordinator for Oxford North and South Deaneries - I have been in CAFOD since November 2013 and loving it! I also look after the Northampton Diocese and have volunteers who work across both dioceses. A great team!
