Meet Kathryn
Hi, I’m Kathryn and I am the Community Participation Coordinator for Shrewsbury. I joined CAFOD in October 2023 having previously been a primary school teacher.
My role is to recruit and support volunteers within parishes. Parish volunteers are invaluable to CAFOD’s work and achievements by promoting our fundraising appeals, encouraging participation in our campaigns and through their own local fundraising efforts. I am privileged to work at CAFOD with inspiring people who are tireless in the fight against poverty and climate change, in pursuit of a fairer world for all.
Volunteering for CAFOD gives people the opportunity to put their faith into action for the common good. We are always grateful for new volunteers offering their time to CAFOD so please get in touch!
